Mazda for Sale in Pakistan
Mazda Motors Corporation is a publicly traded Japanese multinational automaker. Mazda is one of the standout Japanese car manufacturers along with Toyota, Honda and Nissan. It is one of the biggest makers of cars, SUVs and personal transportation vehicles and certainly one of the largest auto-exporters in the world. Mazda was founded in Hiroshima in 1920, but it was not called Mazda at that time; it was known as Toyo Cork Kogyo Ltd. Mazda has the distinction of producing the highest number of cars in Japan, as a percentage of its total production. Although today, Ford Motor Co. holds Mazda shares, it is fundamentally a publicly traded company and operates independently and is responsible only to its shareholders.
Although Mazda is a Japanese company and fabricates a huge chunk of its cars inside Japan, it is very different from other Japanese companies in one respect. All the other Japanese companies developed their technology more or less independently, however Mazda collaborated closely with the German automaker NSU to develop its vehicle prototypes. NSU was later acquired by Volkswagen group and became what we know today as Audi. Throughout the World War II, Mazda fabricated products for the Japanese army and then after the war retooled its facilities back for producing civilian products. Mazda is the only Japanese company to have introduced their cars to Canadá before entering the US market.
Technology and innovation by Mazda
Mazda developed a number of engines including the V-Twin, Straight 4, V6 and Piston engines. The most remarkable, however, is the Wankel rotary engine which converts pressure into rotating motion. It produces high revolutions per minute while providing high power output. This engine is at the heart of some of the world’s best sports cars.
Skyactiv is the name of the technology used by the automotive company which can be found in the 2014 Mazda 3, the Mazda 6, andthe Mazda CX-5. This hybrid technology allows models to increase fuel efficiency, improve automatic transmission and electric power steering, and reduces emission levels thus improving both fuel efficiency and optimum performance.

Interesting Facts about Mazda
Mazda is one of the few Japanese companies which do not have a Japanese name. The name is Persian and in the ancient Persian mythology was used to refer to the god of wisdom, intelligence and welfare. Lately Mazda, in order to appeal to its Japanese customers, started claiming that the name Mazda in fact comes from Matsuda, which is the name of the founder. Although Mazda has been manufacturing cars since the 1920s, it formally adopted the name Mazda Motor Corp. in 1984 and although the products bore the Mazda name and emblem, the official name of the company was Toyo Kogyo Ltd.
